| Navigation around Stars | ||||||||||||
| Some years ago, when I took a trip to Iriomote island in Okinawa, I happened to see Milky Way and stars reflecting perfectly on the surface of the sea of the inlet. It was the first experience for me. At this fancy sight I felt as if I were rolling a boat on the great river of Milky Way. Stars were shining so fascinatingly just around my board, I was literally on the verge of jumping off into the starry world. |

みなさんは、星空を眺めているとき、現実とファンタジーの狭間にいるような気がすることがありませんか？そんな不思議な星の世界への入り口となる絵と詩をお届けしていこうと思います。西表島（沖縄）に旅行中、星や天の川が入り江の海面に映っているという初めて見る光景に出会いました。そこに浮かぶ舟はまるで銀河を航行しているようでした。足下まで星空が広がって、一歩足を踏み出せば、星空へ飛び込めそうでした。
